Branded content and case studies for developers

A finished development is the best sales argument the next one has, and almost nobody documents it. Each quarter we turn one delivered development into a page, a sales PDF and a short video the sales team can actually send. Measured in sales use and deals closed with the material.

A 30-minute video call. The audit document and the 90-day plan.

The material is decorated instead of documented

The sales folder is a brochure: adjectives, blue skies, a floor plan and a price on request. It says nothing a buyer can check, so it convinces nobody and the sales team stops sending it. Meanwhile the delivered development —the real one, with its schedule, its specs and its residents— was never photographed, never written up and never used again.

Branded & Cases

One documented case per quarter

A delivered development written up with what a buyer checks: schedule against plan, specs as built, price per square metre, sales pace and what was changed along the way.

Case page on your own site

Built to rank for the development and the neighbourhood, with images, floor plans and structured data. It works as sales material and as a page that captures searches.

Sales PDF

The same case laid out to be sent from a phone after a visit. Short, checkable, no adjectives the buyer cannot verify.

Short video

Two to three minutes of the delivered development, shot as construction and handover rather than as a lifestyle advert. Cut for the sales conversation, not for a festival.

Video testimonial at every renewal

Recorded with buyers who agree to it, once there are buyers. Until a development is delivered and someone is living in it, there is nothing to record and we do not pretend otherwise.

How it runs

  1. 01

01 · Pick the development worth documenting

The one that is delivered, sold and defensible. A case built on a development still in structure is a render with a caption.

  2. 02

02 · Gather the checkable facts

Schedule, specs, prices, sales pace and consents. Anything that cannot be evidenced does not go in, however good it would look.

  3. 03

    03 · Shoot and write

One site day for photography and video, then the page, the PDF and the cut. All three from the same material so they say the same thing.

  4. 04

04 · Put it in the sales team’s hands

Handover to the sales team with the moment to send each piece. The next quarter we check what was actually used and cut what was not.

What changes

  • The sales team has something to send after a visit that a buyer can check.

  • The next launch opens with a delivered development behind it instead of a promise.

  • Case pages capture searches for the neighbourhood long after the units are sold.

  • Proof is shown, not claimed.

Questions

We have no delivered development yet. Now what?

Then there is no case, and we say so instead of inventing one. Until then the quarterly slot goes into documenting the works in progress, which becomes the case the day it is handed over.

Can you write the case with the numbers we prefer?

We write it with the numbers that can be evidenced. A case a buyer catches out is worse than no case, because it costs the trust of everything else on the site.

Do buyers agree to appear on video?

Some do and some do not, and it is asked properly with consent in writing. A case works without a face; it does not work without checkable facts.

Who owns the photography and the video?

The developer, with the raw files. It is your development, your handover and your material.
